63rd Annual Emmy Award Winners—the sf/f/h nominees

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the winners for the 63rd annual Emmy Awards (for excellence in television) last night. The winners in the creative arts categories were announced a week earlier, but we combine them all into this one article.
We’ve dropped “Outstanding,” which precedes the names of all the awards (rather than “best”) in this list. Genre winners (by show) include:
The Big Bang Theory:
     * Lead Actor in a Comedy Series (Jim Parsons as Sheldon Cooper)
Disney Prep & Landing:
     * Short-format Animated Program (“Operation Secret Santa”)
Futurama:
     * Animated Program (“The Late Philip J. Fry”)
     * Voice-Over Performance (Maurice LaMarche as Lrrr & Orson Welles in “Lrreconcilable Ndndifferences”)
Game of Thrones:
     * Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister)
     * Main Title Design
The Walking Dead:
     * Prosthetic Makeup for a Series, Miniseries, Movie or a Special (“Days Gone Bye”)
Once again, the Academy didn’t exactly snub sf/f/h programming, but with only seven awards out of the 37 nominations (all but two of them in the creative arts categories), we’re still feeling a bit unloved (last year, sf/f/h went 8 for 47). For the complete list of genre nominees, see this article. The complete lists of winners are available as two pdf files from this page.
