SpaceWesterns.com Celebrates Women’s History Month

Editor Nathan E. Lilly tells us that Space Westerns is dedicating Women’s History Month to “The Women of Space Westerns.” The sidebar on the home page has “a list of Women writers appearing on SpaceWesterns.com, and check out the feature article ‘The Women of Space Westerns’ that details the some early pioneers of Science Fiction, and their Space Western exploits.”
Some of the stories they’re highlighting include:
“A Llama’s Tale” by Shauna Roberts
“Mars Ain’t No Place for Ladies” by Filamena Young
“A Few Sunsets Too Man” by Amanda Spikol
“The Clone-Wrangler’s Bride” by Camille Alexa
“Hidden Answers” by Cheryl McCreary
“For the Good of the Settlement” by Vonnie Winslow Crist
They also have a new story and a classic reprint available: Lawrence M. Schoen’s “Texas Fold’em” and Stanley G. Weinbaum’s “Redemption Cairn.”
Space Westerns published Westerns “set in Outer-space, or having some element of extra-terrestrial travel,” as well as related stories that might not be set so far away.
