Subterranean Press is announcing their receipt of finished copies of Philip José Farmer’s Up from the Bottomless Pit and Other Stories and Ray Bradbury’s I Sing the Body Electric! and Other Stories. Now they’re producing the slipcases, and should be shipping the books in about four weeks. (Tables of contents for both books are available on the pages linked from their titles above.)
Additionally, Subterranean has just reached an agreement with Farmer to publish another collection next year. Venus on the Half Shell and Others will collect the best of his “fictional author” stories, including the title novel, “written” by Kurt Vonnegut’s hack sf alter-ego, Kilgore Trout.
