Sacred Fools Press has just released its latest anthology, Look! Up in the Sky! An Anthology of Comic Book Poetry, edited by Ryk McIntyre, Melissa Guillet, and Editor X.
The anthology is “dedicated to Lisa King, an influential performance poet who passed tragically in 2006. The book features over a hundred contributors from the US, Canada, and Great Britain, including such poets as Patricia Smith, Jack McCarthy, Mike McGee, Alvin Lau, Daphne Gottlieb, Cecilia Tan, Ratpack Slim, Amanda Kail, J*me Caroline, and Ryler Dustin.” The contributors come from “the worlds of performance and page poetry alike.”
