Paul G. Tremblay sells two to William Morrow

GalleyCat is reporting that Paul G. Tremblay sold two books to William Morrow in a six-figure deal. Agent Stephen Barbara of Foundry Literary + Media negotiated the deal with Executive Editor Jennifer Brehl.

GalleyCat says “Tremblay has a literary horror novel in-the-works entitled A Head Full of Ghosts. The story stars a young girl named Merry Barrett whose life takes a chaotic turn when her ‘seemingly idyllic suburban home devolves into a house of horrors.’ The publisher has scheduled a release date for summer 2015.” There is no information yet on the second book.

Tremblay was nominated for two short fiction Stoker Awards in 2008, and his novel The Little Sleep was nominated for the Stoker for Best First Novel in 2010. He is currently the president of the board of directors for the Shirley Jackson Awards.
