Announcing World Science U

A press release from Brian Greene of World Science U:

Hi Everyone,

I’m excited to tell you about our latest project.

I announced it last night on The Colbert Report, but I wanted to make sure you heard it directly from me.

It’s called World Science U — and it’s a compelling new online platform for learning science. Watch a sneak peek now.

World Science U uses the power of digital innovation to create a new kind of learning experience. One in which an abundance of animations, interactive demonstrations, problem solving sessions and guided question explorations make abstract ideas spring to life.

I’m teaching the first two courses, both on Einstein’s Special Relativity — they’re the kind of offerings I wish I had when I was first learning about the wonders of space and time. And they’re free.

To get a taste for our approach, watch this short video and sign up to be the first to know when we go live: http://welcome.worldscienceu.com/sign-up

More courses are in the works, covering mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry and astronomy. They’ll all be accessible from your own home, on your own time.

We’re about to embark on an exciting new journey into the fascinating world of science — be among the first to join us.

Thanks,

Brian Greene
