From the “the more things change…” department: Tor UK has announced that they are once again considering usolicited novel submissions direct from authors, no agents required. They’ll read submission from both within and outside the UK. They’re looking for completed novels, 95,000-150,000 words, via electronic submission only. For full details, see this blog post.
