Horror Author Turns Horror Movie Producer

A press release from Michael Pralin of The Exorcist Chronicles:
Michelle Gent, the author of several supernatural fictions, has turned her hand to film producing on the new Exorcist Chronicles movie.
Working with the Writer/Director, Philip Gardiner, himself an author of several factual books, Michelle is involved in all levels of film production. From location scouting to prop sourcing and from auditioning actors to advising on the plot itself.
“It’s been a thoroughly enjoyable process, even if it is hard work,” said Michelle.
The movie is being filmed in the UK and is set for release world-wide in 2013. It’s a Reality Films production and will be released theatrically, followed by DVD and TV.
“Organising over 100 extras and dozens of amazing locations has been a 24 hour job, but we have a great team and it’s all coming together nicely,” she said.
Michelle’s own work includes books such as the werewolf themed Deadlier Than The Male and the mini-series, Dusty the Demon Hunter, which will be made into a film as well.
