Editor Michael Ray reports that Redstone Science Fiction is open to submissions until June 14th.
They publish “science fiction, anything from post-cyberpunk to new space opera. We do not want supernatural horror, urban or heroic fantasy. No vampires, sparkly or otherwise.” They’re looking for stories between 750 and 4000 words long (that upper limit is firm), and paying five cents per word on publication.
Full submission details/guidelines are on this page.
On June 15th, they’ll “begin taking submissions for our Third Annual Summer Contest with Sarah Einstein.” Keep an eye on their web site for more details.
