The Hunger Games maintains its death grip on the top spot, fighting up $46.2 million, for a three-week total of $315.6 million. Comedy sequel American Reunion opened at #2, while the 3-D re-release of Titanic sailed from #6 to #3 in its first full week in the theatres. Wrath of the Titans slipped from #2 to #4, adventuring up $20.5 million, for a two-week total of $64.3 million. Mirror Mirror slipped from #3 to #5, magicking up $17.0 million, for a two-week total of $42.5 million. The Lorax slipped from #5 to #7, greening up $8.3 million, for a six-week total of $201.5 million. John Carter slipped from #7 to #9, earning $1.2 million, for a five-week total of $68.4 million. Indian RomCom Housefull 2 opened at #10.
Journey 2: The Mysterious Island held steady at #11, actioning up $900 thousand, for a nine-week total of $99.7 million.
