The second Roswell International Sci-Fi Film Festival is now open for entries, both for films and screenplays. The deadline to enter is 19 May 2012. The festival will be held 22-24 June “in the heart of UFO country: Roswell, New Mexico. With special guests and events surrounding the film and script competitions, this year’s fest promises to be unforgettable. Our lips are sealed for the moment as to all the great surprises you’ll encounter this year, but stay tuned as we start releasing the details very, very soon.”
The festival is “now open for submissions. We’re looking for the best in Sci-Fi, fantasy, suspense, and supernatural cinema-both short and feature length. And, of course, all short screenplays (12 pages and under) will be entered in the Shoot-Out, where 5 lucky winners will be chosen to come to Roswell, NM, and have their scripts turned into films.”
