A new e-zine called 4 Star Stories has launched. The editors—who don’t name themselves anywhere on the site—say “Four Star Stories publishes four different Science Fiction and Fantasy stories, four times per year and presents the work of four artist per year.” They are apparently a paying venue, though not yet open to submissions (currently, “submissions are by invitation only.”)
The first four stories are currently available:

“Defiance” by Rhonda Eudaly
“Collateral Damage” by David L. Gray
“A Beast Named Winter” by William Ledbetter
The first featured artist is Vincent Villafranca.
