N.K. Jemisin sold French language rights to The Broken Kingdoms to Editions Calmann-Levy via subagency Agence Litteraire Lenclud on behalf of Lucienne Diver of The Knight Agency. The book is book two of The Inheritance Trilogy and sequel to The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms, which is due to be published this autumn.
