Tim Akers and Tanya Huff turn in new novels

Several authors report delivering manuscripts via agent Joshua Bilmes:
Tim Akers turned in fantasy novel The Horns of Ruin to Lou Anders at Pyr.
Tanya Huff delivered the new Torin Kerr novel, Truth of Valor, to Sheila Gilbert at DAW.
