Nominations open for 2010 WSFA Small Press Award

The Washington Science Fiction Association is modifying the calendar for its annual Small Press Award. This year, nominations are open now, and are due by 1 March 2010.
To be eligible, stories must be shorter than 17,500 words, and must have been published by a small press (a book publisher releasing 3-25 titles a year, or a periodical circulating fewer than 10,000 copies per issue) during 2009.
Small press publishers and periodicals may nominate up to three stories, published by themselves or others. Writers may nominate one story each, published by themselves or others. WSFA members may nominate one story each.
A panel of judges will choose the finalists from the nominated stories, and the members of WSFA will vote on the winner, which will be announced at Capclave this October. For full details on how to nominate, see this page.

I have a story I’d like to nominate, but there’s no email address listed on the rules page. Just a link that should activate a javascript. Unfortunately I can’t get that script to do anything either with I.E. or Firefox.
it’s pretty hard to put in a nomination when you can’t send email and the webform refuses to load for you.
