Actress Caroline McWilliams Dies

Actress Caroline McWilliams died 11 February from complications of multiple myeloma. Born 4 April 1945 in Seattle, Washington, she earned a BA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh in 1966.
She moved to New York, and found her first break on television on the soap opera Guiding Light, where she appeared from 1969 to 1975. At the same time, she made several appearances on the stage on Broadway. She may be best remembered for her roles on Soap (she played Sally in 1978 and 1979) and then its spin-off series, Benson (she was Marcy Hill from 1979 to 1981).
Her genre roles include: Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1996), The Aliens are Coming (1980), Project U.F.O. (1978), and The Incredible Hulk (1978).
Other than three episodes of Judging Amy (2002-03), she retired from acting in 1997.
McWilliams was married to actor Michael Keaton from 1982 to 1990, and is survived by her son, Sean, from that marriage.
