Juno’s Halloween gift is a short anthology of scary fairies

Juno Books is offering a Halloween treat that also ties in to two of their upcoming releases. Maria Lima’s Blood Kin and Linda Robertson’s Hallowed Circle both “feature some fairies that are, well, not ‘good’ by any means,” writes Editor Paula Guran. So, “as we did last year, we have a special free Halloween ebook treat for you. This year, download Scary Fairies: Four Fearful Tales of the Fey.”
Contents of the freebie are:
“The Child That Went With the Fairies” by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu
“The Adventure of Cherry of Zennor” by Robert Hunt
“Ethna the Bride” by Lady Francesca Speranza Wilde
“Tamlane/Tam Lin” by Joseph Jacobs and Anonymous
The 54-page pdf file is at this link.
Blood Kin is the third in Lima’s Blood series, and the first to be an original publication under Pocket Books (Juno has recently become an imprint of Pocket Books, and the first two Blood books, Matters of the Blood and Blood Bargain, which were originally published by Juno, were re-released by Pocket).
