Variety, the Children’s Charity of Buffalo and Western New York is having its fourth annual fund raiser for the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo this Saturday, 24 October, from 6PM to 1AM at Buffalo’s Central Terminal. This year’s event will feature horror film star Debbie Rochon and a preview of director Greg Lamberson‘s Slime City Massacre (which was shot in the terminal.
WEDG-FM radio personalities Shredd and Ragan will host the event, which will feature live music from That 80’s Hair Band, Johnny Smoke, and Equilibrium, as well as a full bar and food from local restaurants.
“With our horror features, three bands, and $2,500 in costume contest money, we expect to top last year’s attendance of well over 2,500 costumed party goers,” said event organizer Paul Cambria.
The main costume contest is open to all attendees, and featuring $2,000 in prize money. There will also be an extra $500 Elvira look-alike contest.
