Joshua Bilmes of JABberwocky Literary Agency reports that:
David Louis Edelman turned in the concluding “Jump 225” trilogy novel Geosynchron to Lou Anders at Pyr. The first two books were Infoquake (published in 2006) and MultiReal (published in 2008).
Jim C. Hines delivered Red Hood’s Revenge to Sheila Gilbert at DAW. The book is the newest in his Princess series, following The Stepsister Scheme (which was published in January) and The Mermaid’s Madness (scheduled to be released in early October).
Brandon Sanderson turned in Alcatraz Versus the Shattered Lens to Jen Rees at Scholastic (following Alcatraz Versus the Evil Librarians [2007], Alcatraz Versus the Scrivener’s Bones [2008], and Alcatraz Versus the Knights of Crystallia [due out in October]). At the same time, Moshe Feder at Tor received the first draft of The Way of King, the first book in Sanderson’s “Stormlight Archives” series.
