Continuing the saga of Anderson News and Source Interlink magazine distributors, we get word that Anderson has filed an antitrust suit against several major magazine publishers, like that filed previously by Source. Defendants named in Anderson’s suit include American Media, Curtis, Hachette Book Group, Hudson News, The News Group, Rodale, Time, and Time/Warner Retail Sales & Marketing. Source, meanwhile, has settled with American Media, Time/Warner, and The News Group.
The previously mentioned forced bankruptcy filed against Anderson was dismissed.
