Dorchester Publishing and LibreDigital, Inc., have signed an agreement whereby Dorchester will use LibreDigital’s ePublishing Solutions to offer many of its books as ebooks through “new digital channels, the web, and a variety of digital eReaders—all while protecting copyrights.”
Dorchester President and CEO John C. Prebich said of the deal: “Our business is built on a tradition of giving readers the highest quality books at the best value. Working with LibreDigital, we can provide millions of loyal readers with new digital delivery options so they can access their favorite titles on eReaders, mobile phones, or computers while protecting the value accrued by our brand.”

Best known for their romance lines (Dorchester is the publisher of both Leisure Books and Love Spell), they also publish horror, science fiction, fantasy, the Shomi manga-inspired line, selected titles from Wildside Press, and the Hard Case Crime line.
