5 December: “Graphic Detail” #167 featured a live telephone interview with William Katt, who starred in The Greatest American Hero, and now publishes of Catastrophic Comics, which will be releasing a new Greatest American Hero six-issue miniseries starting on 10 December.
12 December: The show will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Superman: The Movie with a live telephone interview with author John Kenneth Muir, who returns to discuss the updated edition of The Encyclopedia of Super-Heroes on Film and Television.
19 December: Destinies’ annual Holiday special will feature Christopher DeFilippis’ salute to the 40th anniversary of Apollo 8 in volume 2, number 87 of “DeFlip Side.” Plus, a Christmas adventure of “The Six Million Dollar Man” on the Destinies Radio Theater.
26 December: “Graphic Detail” #168 will be a live, full-length review of the best, worst, and most disappointing developments in the comic book industry for 2008.
