Australian author Joel Shepherd sold US rights to Sasha: A Trial of Blood & Steel to Lou Anders at Pyr. The book is the first of an epic fantasy quartet that Anders calls “very politically savvy stuff.” It was originally published in Australia by Hachette Livre.
