Horror writer Joseph McGee dies

Horror writer Joseph McGee died 27 November 2008 from complications of diabetes. Born 7 July 1985 in Worcester, Massachusetts, his most recent novel, Snow Hill, was published in August, the same time as his novella, The Reaper.

McGee’s funeral will be Wednesday 3 December at 11AM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. In lieu of flowers, his family has requested contributions to The Robert W. Hansen Diabetes Fund, c/o The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 53-55 Norfolk Street, Worcester, MA 01604.
