Lee Whiteside, chairman of the 2009 North American Discworld Convention (to be held 4-7 September 2009 in Tempe, Arizona) is announcing three more volunteers working on the staff: Rowan Wakefield is now the Volunteer Coordinator; Liz Mortenson is managing the Dealers Room; and Ed Green is in charge of Operations.
Perhaps more importantly to fans who may (or may not) be attending: they’re giving away an advance reading copy of the US edition of Terry Pratchett’s Nation.
