Eric T. Reynolds of Hadley Rille Books has several project announcements:
Wendy S. Delmater is editing The Best of Abyss & Apex. He expects the book the be ready in time for this year’s World Fantasy Convention.
Reynolds, Steven H. Silver, and the National Space Society (NSS) will announce the winners of the “Return to Luna” writing contest at this year’s World Science Fiction Convention. The tentative time is Saturday at 4PM at the NSS table. SFScope Editor Ian Randal Strock was one of the judge of this contest.
Reynolds and Jay Lake will co-edit the anthology Footprints for publication in 2009. The reading period will be 1 August to 31 October 2008, although they haven’t yet published submission guidelines. Reynolds writes, however, that “for a preliminary look at the idea, see Jay’s comment about the Apollo 17 landing site and the comments that follow.”
