Assistant Editor Douglas Cohen reports that Realms of Fantasy is modifying its submission policies. Specifically, starting immediately, submissions from outside the United States need not include return postage or international reply coupons if the author includes a valid e-mail address for a response and doesn’t mind not getting the manuscript back. Cohen emphasizes that this change does not mean they are now accepting electronic submissions; it only applies to the magazine’s responses to submissions from foreign countries (not submissions from the US).
