Norilana establishing new imprint exclusively for the works of Tanith Lee

Vera Nazarian, publisher of Norilana Books, announces the formation of a new imprint, TaLeKa, which will be “dedicated solely to the publication of the works of Tanith Lee, and showcasing the artistic design talents of artist John Kaiine.”
TaLeKa titles will include both original and reprint works by the British author, and various joint creative projects with her husband and artist John Kaiine. The debut title will be a reprint: Night’s Master, the first of the Flat Earth books, is scheduled for a September 2009 release.
Lee won the 1980 British Fantasy Award for her novel Death’s Master; and the World Fantasy Awards for short fiction in 1983 and 1984, for “The Gorgon” and “Elle Est Trois, (La Mort)”.
Norilana Books is a Los Angeles-based new independent publisher specializing in “beautifully packaged hardcover and trade paperback classics of world literature, quality fantasy, science fiction, romance and women’s fiction, and young adult titles.”
