Buy Burstein’s Book, Be Tuckerized

Apex Publications and author Michael A. Burstein have a few announcements about his forthcoming collection I Remember the Future: The Award-Nominated Stories of Michael A. Burstein, which is scheduled to be published in September (see this article for previous information). First, the publisher is now taking pre-orders for the book on this page (the signed hardcover is available for $35.00; the trade paperback for $21.95).
They’re also announcing a Tuckerization raffle: everyone who pre-orders a hardcover copy of the book by 15 June will be entered into a raffle. Two winners will have their names used as names of characters in the two new stories, “Empty Spaces” and “I Remember the Future.”
“Tuckerization, or the naming of characters in stories for real people,” Burstein writes, “is a tradition credited to Wilson Tucker, who named many of the characters in his books for his friends. More information on the practice can be found on the Wikipedia entry on Tuckerization.”
The cover art for the book is by Bob Eggleton, and Analog editor Stanley Schmidt (who originally published all of these award-nominated stories) will provide an introduction.
Burstein also recently announced the able of contents for the book:
