She is currently reading submissions (though the reading period runs only from 1 to 31 March 2008), and are open to “all subgenres/themes within fantasy, sf, horror, and mystery (including humor).” Maximum length is 500 words (for fiction) or 20 lines (for poetry), one submission per author. She pays three cents per word ($5 minimum, $15 maximum) for fiction, $5 flat rate for poetry, and expect to publish what they buy between August 2008 and July 2009.
