Membership rates for this year’s World Horror Convention will be increasing on 1 March, from $145 to the at-the-door rate of $160. The convention will be 27-30 March in Salt Lake City, Utah. In order to get the current, lower rate, mail-in memberships must be postmarked by 29 February.
The convention has also announced the one-day rates: $40 for Thursday or Sunday, and $60 for Friday or Saturday.
This year’s special guests include Guests of Honor Dennis Etchison (author), John Jude Palencar (artist), and Michael R. Collings (academic), as well as Toastmaster Simon R. Green, and special guests Jeff Strand (author), Mort Castle (editor), Larry Roberts (publisher), and Al Carlisle (academic).
This year’s convention will also host the Stoker Awards. Banquet tickets for the awards are $52.
