Afterburn SF, which is changing its publishing schedule from every-other-month to every-other-week (see this article), will apparently be publishing one story every other week, rather than the six that were in the last bi-monthly issue. Editor Karen L. Newman tells us that the first story published under their new calendar is the science fiction tale “Call Signs” by Cathy A. Chance.
According to their writers’ guidelines, they publish “action oriented, well-written stories in Science-Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror.”
