Rachel Caine sold her first three Morganville Vampires novels to Allison & Busby in the UK, via agent Lucienne Diver of the Spectrum Literary Agency. The novels were originally published in the US by by NAL/Jam: Glass Houses appeared in October 2006, followed by The Dead Girls’ Dance in April 2007, and then Midnight Alley in October 2007.
