Moonstone Books is announcing only through SFScope that the forthcoming Phantom Annual #2 will co-star Mandrake the Magician. Regular Phantom series writer Mike Bullock (who is responsible for Lions, Tigers and Bears) will be joined by Hollywood screenwriter turned comics author Kevin Grevioux (Underworld, New Warriors). This will be the first pairing of The Phantom and Lee Falk‘s other famous creation, Mandrake the Magician.
