The UK’s Indigo Television (ITV) has created the National Movie Awards, following up their success with the UK National Television Awards. The movie awards are for films released between September 2006 and August 2007. They’ll be presented on 28 September.
Voting is open to the public on their web site—www.nationalmovieawards.com—but closes on 2 September. There are also clips of all the nominees available on the voting form. Voters can also enter a contest to win to VIP tickets to the award ceremony, which will be held at London’s Royal Festival Hall, as well as “a night at one of London’s top hotels.”
