Voting for the 2008 TAFF (Trans Atlantic Fan Fund) is now open. The purpose of TAFF is to send a fan from one side of the Atlantic to the other to attend a major science fiction convention, to enhance cross-cultural and cross-national links within fandom. The 2008 TAFF will send a fan from North American to Europe for Eastercon, the 2008 British National Science Fiction Convention (21-24 March).
Votes, which must be accompanied by a donation of at least $3 (£2) to fund the TAFF, are due by 17 November.
This year’s candidates are: Chris Barkley, Linda Deneroff, Chris Garcia, and Christian McGuire.
