Voice Actor Peter Tuddenham Dies

British voice actor Peter Tuddenham died following a short illness on 9 July 2007. Born 27 November 1918, he was perhaps best known for playing the voices of the computers Orac and Slave on the series Blake’s 7. He also made three voice appearances on Doctor Who, as the computer in the 1975 episode “The Ark in Space,” as The Mandragora Helix in 1976’s “The Masque of Mandragora,” and as Brain in “Time and the Rani” (1987).
His other genre appearances include two episodes of Tales of the Unexpected (1981 and 1982), and a small role in the 1978 miniseries The Lost Boys.
