Paul Melko sold The Walls of the Universe to David Hartwell at Tor. The book is “the adventure of a teenager struggling to return home from across parallel worlds.” It’s based on Melko’s novella by the same name, which appeared in the April/May 2006 issue of Asimov’s Science Fiction, won the Asimov’s Readers’ Award, and was nominated for the Nebula, Sturgeon, and Hugo awards.
Caitlin Blasdell at Liza Dawson Associates was the agent on the deal.
