International Horror Guild Nominees Announced

The International Horror Guild awards are based on public recommendations, but the winners are determined by a panel of judges. This year, the award winners will be announced during the World Fantasy Convention in Saratoga Springs, New York, on Thursday 1 November.
Ramsey Campbell has been named this year’s Living Legend.
