Jim Minz on Friday accepted a job as Senior Editor at Baen Books. He and his family will be moving to North Carolina in the near future to join the company. Of the new position, he said “I didn’t just want to be a cog in a big company.” With Baen, he’ll be working in the editorial department, but will also have input and responsiblities for ebooks and subsidiary rights.
