Heliotrope Magazine announces that they are closed to submissions for their Fall 2007 issue #3. “We are pleased with what we have to work with for the issue. Expect to see [it] out in October. We are very excited with the line-up that’s going to feature some bizarre fiction along with the return of a variety of dope features that all true fans of the fantastic have missed along with some brand new features we think you will enjoy.”
They expect to announce the opening of the reading period for issue #4 sometime soon.
