Ellen Asher is leaving the Science Fiction Book Club. As part of the massive changes being instituted by Bertelsmann (see our story from earlier today), she has been given early retirement. Her last day will be 1 June.
Asher told SFScope: “It’s been nice, but it has been 34 years. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my tenure at the Club, and leave with very fond feelings.”
