Preview of Documentary Saving Hubble

The New York Space Society is presenting filmmaker David Gaynes, who will be giving a preview presentation of scenes from his upcoming film documentary Saving Hubble. Currently in post-production, the film is about the key players and public response around the country to save the Hubble Space Telescope.
The event will be on Saturday 3 March at 4PM (doors open at 3:30PM at New York University’s Silver Center for the Arts & Sciences, 32 Waverly Place, in Manhattan. The presentation is free and open to the public.
After the event, and weather permitting, attendees will be invited to join NYSkies astronomer John Pazmino to witness Moon rise and the total lunar eclipse at twilight.
