Wizards of the Coast has announced that Dragon Magazine is now open to fiction submissions. They're looking for stories 2,000 to 10,000 words long, either set in one of their universes or original. They're paying 6 cents a word for stories up to 5,000 words long, and $300-$450 for stories between 5,000 and 10,000 words.
