Fantastic Fiction at KGB: March 19th with David D. Levine and Ellen Kushner

FANTASTIC FICTION at KGB reading series, hosts Ellen Datlow and Matthew Kressel present:

Ellen Kushner’s cult classic novel Swordspoint introduced readers to the setting to which she’s since returned in The Privilege of the Sword, The Fall of the Kings (written with Delia Sherman), and a growing handful of related short stories. She has recorded all three novels as audiobooks, and Swordspoint won an Audie and Audiofile Earphones Award.

Ellen was also the longtime host of the national public radio show Sound & Spirit, for which she created several one-woman shows. She is currently working on new novel in the “Swordspoint” series. She lives in New York City with Delia Sherman, and travels a lot.

David D. Levine is the author of over fifty published science fiction and fantasy stories. His work has appeared in magazines including Asimov’s, Analog, The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, and Realms of Fantasy and has won or been nominated for awards including the Hugo, Nebula, Sturgeon, and Campbell.
