Trans-Atlantic Fan Fund (TAFF) administrators John Coxon and Jacq Monahan have announced this year’s winner: Jim Mowatt, who will travel to San Antonio, Texas, for LoneStarCon 3. Mowatt received 91 of the 121 votes cast.

The TAFF was created in 1953 “for the purpose of providing funds to bring well-known and popular sf fans familiar to those on both sides of the ocean across the Atlantic.”
