Steve Davidson of the Orlando in 2015 Bid Committee writes to tell us:
The Orlando in 2015 Worldcon Bid Committee has publicly released its bid manifesto—a document detail its vision for the future of Worldcon.

The Goals of the Manifesto state:
“The primary purpose of the Orlando in 2015 Bid Committee is to create a model for successfully integrating Worldcon with the new fandoms of the 21st century while remaining true to our fannish traditions.
“In order to accomplish that primary purpose, we believe Worldcon must:
* Attract new members
* Appeal to a wider audience
* Reduce costs
* Incentivize partners
* Retain its traditions in a manner that honors and preserves them while at the same time making them accessible and meaningful to a new generation of fans”
