Kathy Ptacek reports the death of author Melissa Mia Hall on 29 January 2011, apparently of a heart attack. The 55-year-old Texan was an author of both horror fiction and criticism. Her work appeared in Publishers Weekly, Twilight Zone, Realms of Fantasy, and numerous anthologies.
Hall’s web site (maintained by John David Scoleri and David J. Schow) has not been recently updated, but Hellnotes offers this obituary.
