The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America remind their active and associate members that the nomination period for their Nebula Awards is now open. This is the second year the Nebulas are operating under the new, limited nominations window (see this article). Under these rules, active and associate members may nominate up to five works in each category between 15 November and 15 February 2011. Stories published during calendar year 2010 are eligible.
