Steve Miller (half the writing duo of Sharon Lee and Steve Miller) writes with some news of Saltation. First he says, it “was ordered back to print on its official release day. Additional copies should be available this month.” Second, he notes that it “was #4 in the Wall Street Journal genre book list for April 25, which might help explain #1 above.” And thirdly, he offers the following note:
“Dear Friends of Liad (and all the ships in space)—
“Geek Speak Magazine is doing an interview with Lee and Miller and a line to get your comments on the Liaden stuff has been opened up here. Feel free to join in and share, and post to book lists and discussions groups where appropriate.”
The book was first published as an on-line serial (see this article) before Baen decided to publish it on paper (see here).
